Celebrating Flower Mound!

Civic Celebration at The Mound

Celebrating our Town and Raising Money for Local Charities

The Flower Mound baseball community combined efforts to celebrate our first responders and raise money for local charities.  Prior to Friday's matchup, the Flower Mound Town Council, the Flower Mound Police Department, and the Flower Mound Fire Department were honored during the pregame ceremony.  The ceremony was capped off by Mayor Dixon throwing out the first pitch of the game.

During the game, fans had the opportunity to contribute to charities chosen by the Flower Mound Police Department and the Flower Mound Fire Department.  The charities selected were Denton County Child Advocacy Center and the Fallen Firefighters Association.  Together, over $850 was raised for these organizations!

Jags Look to Bounce Back

The Jags will travel to Coppel on Tuesday to take on the Coppell Cowboys.  The Jags lost 2 tough games in extra innings last week, but remain focused on returning to the win column this week.  Tuesday's game is at Coppell and Thursday's game is The Mound.  Game times are at 7:00 pm.

On Friday, April 19, the Jags will host Byron Nelson at The Mound.  We will celebrate and honor our Seniors in a ceremony prior to the start of the game.
